Week 49 edition of BRegs Weekly is out now. The Housing Crisis featured prominently this week. It appears that Minister Kelly’s plans for prefab housing have hit more problems and an 18th December completion date is unlikely. Despite rents increasing to almost pre-crisis levels there has been a 60% drop in planning applications for new housing.
